1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NOORTECH's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NOORTECH provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, AI integration, ERP systems, and related technology consulting services. Service details, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project contract, all custom work delivered to clients becomes the client's intellectual property upon full payment. NOORTECH retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are project-specific and outlined in individual contracts. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.

5. Confidentiality

NOORTECH treats all client project information as confidential. We will not disclose proprietary business information to third parties without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

NOORTECH's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puntland State of Somalia. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration if necessary.
